  • How do I initiate a return? 

To Initiate a return Please download our returns form from the documents page, and send completed document to orders@elixirdistributors.com with the subject set as product returns. All product returns are subject to approval so please read the returns policy (found on return form) before initiating.

  • What is the Minimum order ammount? 

The Minimum order ammount is $500. This does not include shipping costs.

  • How to change password ? 

Click on the Account icon (top), then on My Account. Click on the "Change Password" button.

  •  Can you explain the meaning of each order status.

    - Submitted means that the orders has been placed. 
    - Processing means that your order has been reviewed by our sales team and accepted for warehouse processing (orders are subject to changes for inventory purposes) 
    - Shipped means that your order has been shipped to you and changes can not be made.
    - Cancelled  means that your order has been cancelled and refunds have starder to be processed (all order substititions and cancellations need to be approved by our team prior)
